These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client") and Aquila Visionary Agency, LLC, operating as NexumLogic. By accessing our platform at nexumlogic.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
NexumLogic is a SaaS platform operated by Aquila Visionary Agency, LLC, a Single-Member LLC registered in New Mexico, United States. NexumLogic provides white-label marketing automation, CRM, and business management tools powered by the HighLevel platform infrastructure.

• Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis
• You will be billed on the same day each month after your trial ends
• Failed payments may result in service suspension after 3 retry attempts
• You are responsible for keeping your payment information current
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
You may cancel at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds for partial months.
No refunds for fees already charged, except (a) duplicate charges due to technical error, or (b) service unavailability exceeding 72 hours due to our fault. Requests must be submitted within 30 days.

We strive for 99.5% uptime. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party providers or events beyond our control.
All platform content is the exclusive property of Aquila Visionary Agency, LLC. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license during your active subscription. You retain ownership of all data you upload.
Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms. We process data per GDPR and CCPA.
Aquila Visionary Agency, LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid in the three months preceding the claim.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aquila Visionary Agency, LLC from claims arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
Governed by New Mexico law. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation, then to binding arbitration in Albuquerque, NM under AAA rules. EU/EEA clients may also pursue local remedies.
We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
We may terminate your account immediately for violations of these Terms or fraudulent activity.
